I ordered 2 containers of Cranberry juice concentrate. I tasted strongly of chemicals and numbed my tongue.

My wife said it was undrinkable. Sodastream said they don't take back flavorings but they take back everything else. There was no notice on the product description or anywhere during the ordering process that the goods are bought on an "as is" basis. I emailed them and they just referred me to their policy statement which is at the end of a paragraph hidden in their website that says they have a great warranty.

I called them and they said it's their policy with no exceptions.

So I had to dispute on Citibanc CC successfully. You should know that their concentrates are primarily chemicals with no fruit whatsoever and if you can't dringk them you have to throw them away because they will numb your tongue.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $19.

Preferred solution: change warratny policy.

As this appears to have happened to more than one person I would contact the FDA. I don’t know this for sure, just assuming if the flavorings are bad they should test them for content.
